just after it brews my 6 cups of coffee it turns itself off.I have set the auto off to 1 then back to 2 hour shutoff but still turns off after the brew.could it be the hot plate is bad? do you have the replacement part?Thanks

Hi Dave, Thank you for your question. If your coffee maker is shuts off after the brewing cycle, you may have to reset it by unplugging it for an hour and plugging it back in. If the coffee maker is set to the automatic shut-off, the coffee maker will shut off to prevent the coffee maker from overheating. If this is not the issue, the coffee maker may have a malfunctioning switch, thermostat or another part and you will need to verify which one it is. If you have any questions, please let us know.
